Pickup times are from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. Saturday by appointment only. No pickups on Sunday.

 

All furniture and mattresses must be refused on delivery for store credit. No refunds. If returned, all ordered items will be met with a 20% restocking fee. At no other time may upholstered items or mattresses be returned. All items picked up by customers may not be returned without prior agreement with Furniture and Mattress Warehouse.

 

6-month term with monthly minimum payments every 30 days. Layaway merchandise is not physically held. Cancelled layaway orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the original purchase amount. Any remaining funds will be made available as store credit.

 

Once an order is placed, Furniture and Mattress Warehouse will make contact via phone for delivery or pick-up options. On day of delivery, you will be contacted to confirm day and time. Delivery charges typically range from $99 to $199. A delivery date will be set once items arrive.
